Hello my family. How are you guys doing?  I am doing fine.  We spent the last week working in a couple of pueblos called ticul, oxkutzcab, tekax, yotholin, akil, and peto.  They are some pueblos that are part of a district, so idk if you already know this but in the church, a district is like a mini stake. A mission president o sea President Garica acts as the Stake President. Well as you can imagine, with all the things that president has to do, he is trying really hard to make this place a stake.  So we went there to work for the whole week to try and lift up the areas there, it was pretty fun because we got to do a lot of work in the pueblos and it is definitely different in the pueblos than in the city.

.......I have said it before and I will say it again, obedience is a part that is so important, we all need to follow the example of Jesus Christ and be more obedient.

Well as we went on with the week, we worked with some of the tough investigators of the people in zona ticul and we helped some of them to be baptized even though before they did not want to be baptized.  It really was a miracle because ever since I have been here as assistant, we have not had a district or a zone for that matter that has baptized that many people in a week.  It wasn’t us o sea my companion and I.  It was a combined effort and a use of the Holy Ghost to find out the needs of the Inv.  This week truly was a good week.  Probably what I like best about being an assistant is that for us, we never have a week that is the same.  Things are always changing up.

The week was really cool though.  We had a lot of really good miracles. I was happy to be a part of some miracle and I was really happy that we could baptize some people.  It was an amazing week.  We spent it traveling to various parts of the peninsula helping out elders and sisters to break through the barriers and baptize their investigators.  We got to know a lot of really good people and I just felt so happy after the week was over.

Well I love you guys lots and hope you have a week full of miracles as well.
